About SecureFlow
SecureFlow (secureflow.tech) is the AI vendor security questionnaire platform for B2B SaaS companies. We help security and revenue teams answer SIG, CAIQ, and custom questionnaires in hours instead of weeks.
Our customers are security managers, CISOs, and sales engineers at B2B SaaS companies between 10 and 500 employees. They live on LinkedIn, in security communities (BSides, OWASP, Pavilion's CISO group), and on Reddit (r/cybersecurity, r/sysadmin, r/sales). We need someone who can show up authentically in these spaces — not as a salesperson, but as a helpful, knowledgeable community member.
What you'll do
- Build presence in our target communities — LinkedIn, Reddit, security Slack groups, Pavilion, RevGenius, OWASP local chapters
- Engage authentically — answer questions, contribute to discussions, share useful content (no spam, no DMs that read like sales templates)
- Run our cold email outreach program — sequences targeting security managers, sales engineers, and GRC analysts at B2B SaaS companies
- Manage our content calendar — coordinate blog posts, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and social
- Build partnerships with relevant communities, podcasts, and influencers
- Track and report on funnel metrics — outreach sent, replies, demos booked, conversions
- Represent SecureFlow at virtual and (occasionally) in-person events
- Support our founder on early-stage GTM experiments — your job is to find what works, not just execute a fixed playbook
What you'll bring
Required:
- 1–4 years of experience in community management, content marketing, sales development, or a similar GTM role
- Strong written communication — you can write a LinkedIn post, a cold email, and a blog comment in distinctly different voices
- Experience with at least one cold outreach tool (Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist, Smartlead, Instantly, or similar)
- Comfort with B2B SaaS buying cycles and personas
- Self-directed — you can plan your week without daily check-ins
- Curiosity about cybersecurity, GRC, and the work our customers do
- Demonstrated taste — you understand the difference between authentic community engagement and spammy outreach
Nice to have:
- Background in cybersecurity, compliance, or GRC (you've worked at a security company, been a security buyer, or run a community in this space)
- Experience writing for technical audiences
- Prior experience at an early-stage startup (you've built something from zero)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, or similar prospecting tools
- A personal track record of building an audience, community, or following
Tools you'll use
- LinkedIn (organic + Sales Navigator)
- Apollo or similar (prospecting + cold email)
- Notion (content calendar, CRM at our stage)
- Google Workspace, Slack, Loom
- Stripe (you'll have read access to track conversions)
Interview process
- Screen call with the founder (30 min)
- Paid writing exercise (2 hours, $75) — write a cold email sequence and a LinkedIn post for our target persona
- Strategy interview (45 min) — walk us through how you'd approach our first 90 days
- Values + ways of working interview (45 min)
- Founder interview (45 min)
- Reference checks (2 references)
- Offer
Total target: 14 business days from first contact to offer.
Compensation
- Base salary: $60k–$90k depending on experience and location
- Variable / bonus: $10k–$20k annual target tied to community KPIs (qualified outreach replies, demo bookings, MQLs from owned channels)
- Equity: 0.1%–0.25% of fully diluted shares, 4-year vest with 1-year cliff
- Benefits: Health/dental/vision, $1,500 home office stipend, $1,500 annual learning budget, Macbook Pro, unlimited PTO
