About SecureFlow
SecureFlow (secureflow.tech) is the AI vendor security questionnaire platform for B2B SaaS companies. We help security and sales teams answer SIG, CAIQ, and custom questionnaires in hours instead of weeks, using AI grounded in their own policies.
We sell to security and revenue teams who care deeply about clarity, trust, and accuracy. That makes the front end of our product — what users see, click, and trust — central to our success. This role is for a developer who cares about pixel-perfect interfaces, accessibility, performance, and turning complex workflows into something a non-technical user can complete in minutes.
What you'll do
- Build and ship product UI in Next.js (App Router), React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
- Own the design system — components, tokens, accessibility, and consistency across the app and marketing site
- Translate Figma or wireframes into responsive, accessible, fast interfaces
- Improve product UX based on user feedback, support tickets, and analytics
- Optimize performance — Core Web Vitals, bundle size, server-side rendering decisions
- Collaborate with the senior engineer on data shapes, API design, and product trade-offs
- Maintain our marketing site — landing pages, blog, and SEO content surfaces
What you'll bring
Required:
- 3+ years of professional front-end engineering experience
- Strong production experience with React (hooks, state management, performance optimisation)
- TypeScript fluency — you can read and write complex types confidently
- Experience with at least one modern React framework (Next.js, Remix, or similar)
- Strong CSS skills — Tailwind, CSS-in-JS, or vanilla CSS at a high level
- Demonstrated focus on accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA at minimum)
- Demonstrated focus on performance (you've optimised LCP, CLS, INP)
Nice to have:
- Experience with App Router (Next.js 13+), React Server Components, and streaming
- Experience building with shadcn/ui or similar component patterns
- Comfort with light backend work (API routes, database queries, server actions)
- A personal portfolio of polished UI work
- Prior B2B SaaS experience (you understand the difference between consumer and business UX)

- Components: Custom design system (loosely shadcn-inspired)
- Forms: React Hook Form + Zod validation
- State: React state, server actions, minimal client-side stores
- Tooling: GitHub, Cursor, ESLint, Prettier, Lighthouse CI
Interview process
- Screen call with the founder (30 min)
- Paid take-home challenge (4 hours, $150) — build a polished UI feature in our stack
- Technical interview (45 min) — review your take-home, discuss component design, performance, and accessibility
- Values + ways of working interview (45 min)

Total target: 14 business days from first contact to offer.
Compensation
- Base salary: $110k–$150k depending on experience and location
- Equity: 0.25%–0.55% of fully diluted shares, 4-year vest with 1-year cliff
